Sticky Chinese Pork Belly

Here's a super easy dinner for two to try with minimal effort Ingredients Pork 6 pork belly slices 1 litre of chicken stock 2 cloves of garlic ginger 1 tbsp of sugar Glaze 2 tbsp of soy sauce 2 tbsp of honey/maple syrup ginger salt pepper chilli lemon grass vegetable oil  Method Add all the pork ingredients to a heavy bottom casserole dish, bring to the boil and allow to simmer for 2 hours  Take out the pork of the liquid - keep to make soup later on Lightly fry the pork in a frying pan until golden  Add the glaze ingredients and cook until the glaze is thick and syrupy - Remember to baste the pork as its cooking. Serve with some stir fried veggies or rice - Easy! Enjoy! Katie
